Directions:

Step 1: Get a large bowl, pour in your pack of active dried yeast, a cup of warm water and let the yeast dissolve, just let the mixture stand. The yeast usually dissolves around 5 to 10 minutes. Once the yeast is dissolved, add in you ¼ cup canola oil and a teaspoon of salt, then stir, Add a cup of water until the dough slowly forms. Then proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Get into a flat surface to knead your dough. Before kneading your dough, make sure the surface is sprinkled with flour to avoid sticking of the flour and surface. When kneading, always sprinkle a little bit of flour to the surface now and then.

Step 3: Knead your dough. Knead your dough thoroughly until it is smooth and elastic. It should take the form of dough for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then slowly place it in a greased bowl turning once to grease the top surface. After that, cover it and let the warm temperature rise until the thickness is doubled, this should take around 45minutes to an hour. Set aside.

Step 4: Cook your beef. In doing so, heat your saucepan and put some cooking oil. Once the saucepan is properly heated, put your beef and onions. Cook until tender. After cooking, set aside for the next procedure.

Step 5: Punch down the dough until it forms like pizza dough. Divide the dough in half at around 12-inch in diameter. After the pizza crust is formed, place it onto a grease pizza pan.

Step 6: Place all the topping on top of the pizza pan. Put your tomato sauce and spread the whole sauce on the entire surface, leave a few spaces from the edges. Then sprinkle in your cooked beef, dried basil, oregano. Spread according to your liking. To top it off, put your beef bits, cheese, and green peppers.

Step 7: Bake at 400° for around 30 to 35 minutes. Or, rule of thumb is, if the crust turns light brown, then it is finished.
