- Seeds from 1 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

Step 1: The first step is to prepare the ingredients. The measurements will depend on how many bars are you going to make.
Step 2: Place the cacao butter and coconut oil in a saucepan with medium heat until melted while stirring it occasionally.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients such as cacao powder, coconut sugar, Himalayan pink salt, and dried mushroom. Stir until completely blended.
Step 4: When the cacao butter and coconut oil have melted, remove from the heat. Slowly add dry ingredients while thoroughly mixing or whisking it into the butter/oil mixture and stir well until all lumps are gone and the salt and sugar is dissolved. Stir in vanilla extract. Allow cooling for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 5: Before proceeding to the next step, make sure to taste the chocolate batter to make sure that you have achieved your preferred sweetness. If you want to lessen the sweetness you can add more salt to balance out the saltiness and sweetness.
Step 6: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and allow the chocolate mixture of about ½ cup to spread naturally into the center of the baking sheet and place it into the freezer for about 30 minutes until hardened.
